Responsible Service of Alcohol

Hospitality Industry employees with and RSA qualification are constantly in demand.
This course is the SITHFAB009A unit of competency from the National Training Package SIT07.
Upon the successful completion of this course a statement of attainment will be awarded to the candidate.
The award will be sent to the candidate via Australia Post.
This course is mandatory in all States and Territories and will be available shortly. Please check back for which jurisdictions have been approved.
The course is distributed on CD as the video content is too large for download.
The course is assessed progressively as you complete each unit.
You must score 100% in each assessment but you can keep repeating the assessments until you do score 100%.
You must be connected to the internet for your results to recorded and assessed.

The course covers:

• Sell or serve alcohol responsibly
• Assist customers to drink within appropriate limits
• Assess alcohol affected customers and identify customers to whom sale or service must be refused
• Refuse to provide alcohol

Computer requirements for this course are:

• Pentium 4 PC or better
• CD drive
• Any grade of internet connection.
